With formal qualifications in business growth, strategic management and 25 years’ experience in the Industry, Tony has used his extensive knowledge to develop the Canci Group (including iParks and MACS) into a major services supplier to Blue Chip resource and infrastructure developers/operators. With extensive experience in large scale Logistics for Resource construction projects, crane rental, mine and refinery shutdown crane services. Tony has a track record of bringing industrial, commercial and residential developments from feasibility, design, construction to tenant hand over and lease.
Gary has over 20 years’ experience in the property industry, working for Deloitte, Macquarie Bank Limited and Rio Tinto Limited. His experience is across a broad range of property sectors including residential, commercial, industrial, retail and development land which encompass all facets of the property life cycle. Areas of specialisation include project feasibility modelling, debt raising, contract negotiations, sales and leasing. He also has special interests in the medical and allied health industry and has assisted current landlords with these types of tenants. At Deloitte, he lead the Perth Real Estate Advisory division. This division provided strategic advice to Government, Banks, Family Offices and other organisations in relation to all aspects of the property life cycle. At Macquarie, his focus was on the acquisition of property for development and then the sale of that property. Roles included; working with the deal team to identify development opportunities, (on identification of the opportunity) work with the team to acquire the property(ies), structuring the deal to ensure all stakeholders interests were satisfied, the preparation of deal summaries and financial models, the raising of finance (both internal equity and external debt), providing financial management services for each property deal, development/project management assistance, leasing, marketing and sales.
At Rio Tinto, his focus was on the buying and development of property to accommodate Rio Tinto employees within the Pilbara. In addition to this, he acted as Project Manager for a major project looking at alternative financing and structuring arrangements for the entire Rio Tinto Iron Ore property portfolio. Further, this role encompassed a number of tasks including, but not limited to; working with the teams Development Managers to identify development opportunities, (on identification of the opportunity) work with the team to acquire the, land, house and land packages or property(ies), structuring the deal to ensure all stakeholders interests were satisfied, the preparation of deal summaries, the raising of finance (internal Capital) and providing development/project management assistance for each property deal. Gary has a large network of property related professionals which he can call on to ensure the best team is put together to not only deliver a cost effect and innovative building, but one which is delivered on time to the highest and best possible standards.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Business with an Accounting Major from Edith Cowan University and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia (ICAA). He is also a Justice of the Peace and sits on a number of Not for Profit Boards.
Deborah spent 10 years in property development for two major oil companies, acquiring leasehold and freehold sites and managing the development of retail sites and depots. Her prior experience includes managing large and diverse corporate property portfolios including the Commonwealth Bank’s retail sites, Australia Post, Vodafone and various groups of Government buildings. Deborah holds a Bachelor of Land Economy (Hons 1) and post graduate qualifications in Applied Finance and Investment.
Jo-Ann is the Licensee for iParks Property Group. She has many years’ experience in the Real Estate Industry. Delivering top-level service is her specialty and she thrives in a diverse and fast-paced environment. Throughout her career, she has accrued a multiple of skills including client relations, management operations and creative problem-solving. As a previous owner of her own Property Management Company, she has demonstrated a tremendous ability to support and maintain numerous business objectives.
