One of the iParks oldest developments, this office and warehouse has “stood the test of time” due to the care and diligence taken throughout the Development stage.

The development consists of a high truss height warehouse, large hardstand areas and ample parking and was developed to meet the clients’ specific needs, with flexibility to alter the design should the current tenant vacate.

This development consists of 5, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhouses with double lock-up garages built to a high spec.

The clean straight lines of this development enabled iParks to showcase its eye for detail and design/construction expertise

5 Cambria Link, North Coogee

Modern 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home with double lock up garage built to showcase iParks skill set, attention to detail and ability to adapt designs to keep pace with changing development/construction trends, styles and methods.

The client was extremely happy with the finished product and have decided to keep it as part of their portfolio rather than offering it to the market.

Lot 105 Exploration Drive, Karratha

Located in the Gap Ridge Industrial Estate, this project represents one of the biggest and most successful developments developed by iParks.

Built on 7.033ha of land, iParks worked closely with the client to deliver a climatic controlled warehouse, hardstand and laydown yard on time and on budget.

The client noted the importance of this facility for its Pilbara operations and accordingly, put its trust in iParks to develop the outcome they desired.
