Located across the road from an established aged care centre and a proposed 80 lot over 55’s development, iParks identified this site as an integral addition to public infrastructure/amenity.
Design for this proposed development was achieved through close consultation with local council to ensure continuity and flow with the current streetscape and surrounding residences.
The finished product will provide 660m2 of consulting room space and will be offered for lease to health care professionals, including but not limited to Doctors, Dentists, Physiotherapists and Podiatrists.
