Located across the road from an established aged care centre and a proposed 80 lot over 55’s development, iParks identified this site as an integral addition to public infrastructure/amenity.

Design for this proposed development was achieved through close consultation with local council to ensure continuity and flow with the current streetscape and surrounding residences.

The finished product will provide 660m2 of consulting room space and will be offered for lease to health care professionals, including but not limited to Doctors, Dentists, Physiotherapists and Podiatrists.

Designed with the end user in mind, this specialised facility provides offices, a warehouse and approved sleeping quarters (with kitchen facilities) to a level rarely seen in the Pilbara.

Design elements include the ability to drive B-Double road trains through the workshop, 15.6m eave height and larger than standard crossovers.

This site is the largest and possibly one of the best sites currently located in LandCorp’s Latitude 32 development.

Designed in close consultation with the future tenant (International Crane Company – Freo) and LandCorp to maximise site exposure and layout, this development will see the consolidation of 5 operating sites in the Perth Metropolitan area without compromising on amenity, safety and operation.

This project involved the design of an unmanned fuel station and head office facility for WA Fuel Supplies/Mobile on vacant land owned by the Canci Group.

The site is strategically located and the design was formulated to maximise client exposure and minimise fuel delivery times to customers.

The design allows for an easy flow of traffic in and out of the site
